If using Tapuino, it needs to be "VIC" type and Invert needs to be set to 1. Make sure invert is set to 1 even when loading!
Start ARROW with SYS 40960 (don't know what turns it off)

Command summary: ( <- means left arrow character)
<-L	Load tape in arrow format
<-S	Save in arrow format. <-S"name",033A,03FF does an absolute save
<-V	Verify
<-A	Append (loads program and merges with current ?)
<-P	Index/position tape by time. Rewind first then use <-Pn
	(where n = 0 to 9)
<-R	Repeat key on - indicated by fast cursor blink
<-O	Repeat key off - normal cursor blink
<-G	Plot in 80 x 50 mode. Uses BASIC variables X (0 to 79)
	Y (0 to 49) and z=0 for black, z=1 for white
<-H	Multi base calculator, X to exit.
