Commodore also tried to keep pace in the notebook category, releasing 80286 and 80386-based laptops. The power cable to these devices, an item in great demand, is described here.

What you see here is the Commodore 286LT, an 80286 based machine with hard drive, floppy drive, serial and parallel ports, and a very light plastic case. It has 1 megabyte of memory, I believe.

The Commodore 386SX-LT is a 80386 based machines which comes with a 3.5" floppy drive, serial and parallel ports, and a very light plastic case. It has 5 megabyte of memory and a small hard drive. It also has Microsoft Windows 3.1 installed on it.

The clock battery is located in back of the machine, near the ps/2 port. Removing the battery may be necessary if you set and then forget your bios password!

The Commodore 386SX-LTC is the color version of the 386sx-lt. Like its less colorful brother, it is a 80386 based machines which comes with a 3.5" floppy drive, serial and parallel ports, and a very light plastic case. It has 5 megabyte of memory and a small hard drive.

The Commodore 486SX-LTC, an 80486SX based machine also comes with a 3.5" floppy drive, serial and parallel ports, and a very light plastic case. With a FULL-COLOR VGA screen, and a whopping 20 megabyte hard drive, this machine stands far and above its peers. Actually, this is a relatively nice machine. Unlike the others, it is very easy to upgrade, with accessible SIMM and CPU slots.
